  • Other areas: 9–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or emergency situations.

6. Failed Delivery

  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues where possible.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details
  • Being available to receive the order

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
