  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 10 days of delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • You must notify us within 2–3 days of receiving the item
  • Provide proof (such as images or videos)

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Full or partial refund (as applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa / original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless otherwise stated)

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before the order is shipped
  • Within a limited time after placing the order

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges in cases where:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is defective

Exchange requests must follow the same conditions as returns.
